JeetBuzz Main Terms and Conditions

General Terms

JeetBuzz reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect once published. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the revised conditions.

User obligations

When accessing the website, the customer must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Not manipulate markets or cheat;
• Act only on their own behalf;
• Reside in the jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• Not use VPNs, proxies, or tools to hide location;
• Be the authorized user of a chosen payment method;
• Act in good faith at all times.

Restricted Use

JeetBuzz services must not be used if the customer:

• Is underage, or acts on behalf of a minor;
• Resides or accesses the website from a prohibited country (Spain, Netherlands, France, etc.);
• Collects or misuses other customers’ data, sends spam, or promotes unsolicited advertising;
• Disrupts the service, cheats, colludes, manipulates odds, or infringes intellectual property;
• Engages in unlawful activities of any kind.

Additional restrictions:

• Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or used to move funds between players;
• Unauthorized use may result in immediate profile termination and possible legal action;
• Employees and JeetBuzz’s partners may not play for real money without written consent from the CEO.

Registration

To use the services, customers must complete the registration form, accept the terms, and verify their identities with valid documents. Accurate and up-to-date contact details, including email, must be maintained, and only one account per client is permitted. The company may request additional information or conduct third-party checks to confirm identity and eligibility. Clients are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Profiles cannot be transferred, and the company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or refuse service at any time.

Inactive Accounts

If an account with a positive balance shows no activity for 12 consecutive months, a monthly fee applies. Customers are notified after 11 months of inactivity and may log in at any time to withdraw funds. Fees stop once the balance is depleted or activity resumes.

Payments

Deposits must be made with payment methods registered in the customer’s name. The company does not process transactions directly but uses third-party providers, and deposits are credited only after authorization. Chargebacks, reversals, or use of illegal funds are prohibited, and profiles are not treated as bank accounts. Withdrawals require verification and must usually go back to the original payment method. Certain limits apply. All transactions may be checked for fraud or money laundering.

Underage Gambling

If JeetBuzz suspects or is informed that a user is under 18 at the time of betting, the account will be locked to stop further play and withdrawals. An investigation will follow to check if the client was gambling for themselves or on behalf of someone underage. If confirmed, then:

• All winnings will be withheld;
• Any winnings already received must be repaid;
• Deposited funds may be returned or kept until the user turns 18.
